Class Standard Size-On-site (One Fee)

Standard class size is up to 12 students with course-ware for each student. There will be the additional charge for extra student(s)/course-ware/books after the twelfth student.

For Application Training Classes:

Any student who cannot attend a class for which a registration has been made must notify BLE Training via e-mail at info@ble.training or by fax at 1 (877) 879-2531.

If notice of cancellation is given more than 3 business days prior to a class start date, individual customers will receive a 100% credit.

For cancellations received less than 3 business days prior to the start date, no refund will be issued or invoice canceled – a course credit will be issued [good for 1 year from date of issuance]

For Advanced Technology, Dedicated Group Classes & Room Rentals:

A company may cancel a Class or Room Rental without penalty by giving our office notice via e-mail at info@ble.training or by fax at 1 (877) 879-2531, more than 15 business days’ notice prior to the start date of the class. If a company cancels a course or room rental between 10 to 15 business days prior to the start date, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. If a company cancels a course or room rental within 10 business days’ notice or less prior to the start date of the class, the company will be invoiced 100% of the fee.

Late Policy:   Students will be rescheduled to the next available class if they arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled training. Certificates of Completion will not be issued to students who leave before class is completed.

No Shows: If a company’s staff member or an individual misses a class without prior notification, the company or individual will be invoiced as stated within the terms and conditions above.

Free Retake Policy

You may retake a class for which you have paid full price one time within six months of the date you originally attended a class. A limited number of seats in a class are reserved for retakes. There must be retake seats available on the date you request. If there are no retake seats available on the class date you request, you may want to contact us closer to the class date to determine if any retake seats are available or request to retake the class on another date it is offered.

We reserve the right to reschedule you to another date for your retake if the class date you originally requested becomes full. We will try not to do this, but we reserve the right to do so if necessary.

You may cancel your retake 24 hours or more before the class and re-schedule the class for another date. Cancellations of a retake less than 24 hours before the class start time will cause you to lose the retake privileges for that class. If you request a retake and do not attend, your retake privileges for that class are considered used.

Retakes of the following are not available:

  • Discounted classes;

  • Tutoring;

  • Private classes;

  • Consulting;

  • On-site classes (classes held at a customer location);

  • Classes taken as part of a longer training program, after your program end date;

  • Classes where the fee is paid to anyone other than Computer Training Source, Inc.

You may bring the student manual from your original class and use it during your retake class. If the student manual has changed since you originally took the class, or if you forget to bring your original student manual to a retake, you may purchase a student manual for $10.00+
