Class Standard Size-On-site (One Fee)

Standard class size is up to 12 students with course-ware for each student. There will be the additional charge for extra student(s)/course-ware/books after the twelfth student.

For Application Training Classes:

Any student who cannot attend a class for which a registration has been made must notify BLE Training via e-mail at info@theblegroup.com or by fax at (877) 879-2531.

If notice of cancellation is given more than 3 business days prior to a class start date, individual customers will receive a 100% credit.

For cancellations received less than 3 business days prior to the start date, no refund will be issued or invoice canceled – a course credit will be issued [good for 1 year from date of issuance]

For Advanced Technology, Dedicated Group Classes & Room Rentals:

A company may cancel a Class or Room Rental without penalty by giving our office notice via e-mail at info@theblegroup.com or by fax at (877) 879-2531, more than 15 business days’ notice prior to the start date of the class. If a company cancels a course or room rental between 10 to 15 business days prior to the start date, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. If a company cancels a course or room rental within 10 business days’ notice or less prior to the start date of the class, the company will be invoiced 100% of the fee.

Late Policy:   Students will be rescheduled to the next available class if they arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled training. Certificates of Completion will not be issued to students who leave before class is completed.

No Shows: If a company’s staff member or an individual misses a class without prior notification, the company or individual will be invoiced as stated within the terms and conditions above.

Quality Assurance Retake Policy: BLE Training invites you to retake the same application class (based on availability) one additional time within 90 days of the date you initially attended training. No additional cost will be required – [Course-ware will not be included in a retake].

Right Class Assurance: Prior to class registration, you may complete an on-line assessment to determine the appropriate course level needed for a nominal fee. On the first day of training, if you determine that the curriculum does not meet your needs, before the first scheduled break, your Training Specialist will help reschedule you into the “Right Class” and apply your payment to the new course.
